Colman’s traces its roots to Norfolk, England, where Jeremiah Colman first crafted mustard at a water mill near Norwich in 1814.  Over two centuries later, the brand remains synonymous with bold, full-flavoured tradition.

Its signature blend of white and brown mustard seeds is milled, cleaned, and sieved—sometimes up to nine times—to preserve purity and deliver its unmistakable pungent kick.

Colman’s distinctive yellow livery and bull’s head emblem, first introduced in 1855, signal a proud lineage of British culinary excellence.

Today, Colman’s offers not just its famed mustard, but a suite of classic condiments—mint sauce, apple sauce, tartare, and more—each bridging tradition and modernity.  Its enduring relationships with Norfolk growers, some spanning multiple generations, affirm a deep tether to place and provenance.  Whether used in classic British fare or reimagined on global tables, Colman’s remains a symbol of time-honoured craftsmanship and bold, uncompromising flavour.

Monteza Fine Foods is proud to have the rights for this in many regions of South America.
